Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it because processing begins immediately. However, once your order arrives, you may contact our support team to begin the return process. After the returned item is received, we will process your refund.

Lost or Missing Packages

If the mistake was made by our team, we will take full responsibility and resend the order at no additional cost.
